The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes, only a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our romantic escape enjoyable. The breakfast selection was decent, and we enjoyed the traditional Japanese cuisine. The onsen bath was a unique and relaxing experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing.
The room decor was outdated and lacked amenities such as a fridge or chair. Housekeeping only serviced the room once during our stay. The pillow was quite hard and uncomfortable, and there were noticeable odors coming from other rooms. we had a pleasant stay, but the room could use some improvements.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with limited English. The hotel was situated super close to the slopes, near the Ichinose family ski area and the bus stop. Plus, the hotel facilities were clean, including the bathrooms and the onsen bath. The breakfast buffet was also good with western and Japanese options.

The staff at this hotel were amazing - always willing to go the extra mile to help make our stay a success. The proximity to the local business district and transportation options was also a major plus. And the on-site dining options were diverse and delicious.
While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom left a bit to be desired. It seemed as though they had only emptied the trash and not done a thorough cleaning during our stay.

Located next to popular ski resorts in the area, this hotel is ideal for those who want to hit the slopes with ease. Some guests mentioned it’s only a 2, minute walk from the hotel to the ski lift, and it’s virtually a ski, in, ski. Guests can select from traditional Japanese, style rooms that offer a unique experience, and many rooms come with beautiful mountain views. Friendly staff, excellent service and clean rooms are some of the things that have been praised by other guests. the hotel has a ski rental shop on site, a ski locker, and drying room.
Some guests have commented that the building looks a bit aged.
